We are pleased to offer FREE International Standard Shipping on all orders. Currently, we don’t offer any Expedited or Express Shipping options, but we are always working hard to make sure that you receive your package as quickly as possible.
We currently ship to all countries WORLDWIDE, except for the following: North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Cuba, Iran, Ukraine.

Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, e.g. weather change, war, natural disaster, or strike, but please be assured that we at Go Glam Girl will do our best to minimize any inconvenience that may arise. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order due to circumstances within our control, we will contact you via the email address you provided when you placed your order.
* Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail within one business day from placing your order, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
Processing time differs from product to product. Most styles can be shipped out within 24 HOURS, while some unpopular items may take 1-3 working days. During peak holidays and promotional periods, order processing times may be longer. Orders ship Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed immediately upon our return to the warehouse.
In most cases, customs fees do not apply. In some rare cases (Like EU orders*), you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Unfortunately, Go Glam Girl has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
**EU orders: Please note that all orders entering European countries after Brexit are now subject to custom and duty charges.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your email address notifying you of your tracking details. You can also check the status of your order online on the Track Order page with your Order ID.
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and for this reason, please review and ensure that you have provide us with a correct and complete shipping address. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please specify this during checkout.
We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you entered. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
