Return requirements

 

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and must include the original contents and accessories.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to return order:

  • Item to return
  • Item condition
  • Why the item is being returned 

We will get back to you within 24 Business Hours. 

How to resolve return:

 

Once customer service receives your complete information and confirms that all return requirements for your order have been met you will receive authorization for your return.

Print the authorized return and include it in your return packaging. Please send your return items and return authorization form to the address provided within thirty (30) days of your original purchase date.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow 1-2 weeks to process the return.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Note: Customers who enjoyed free shipping (rate depends on the delivery country + fixated rate of $6.99 for orders less than $79, $14.99 for orders more than $79 and less than 149$, $18.99 for orders more than $149) on their orders, the shipping charge will be deducted from the refund. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and follow the return policy.

Shipping returns policy

To return your product, please follow our steps for the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We only accept returns sent via a trackable shipping service. 

We will compensate you $10 as the return shipping fee under the following circumstances:

1. You received the wrong item.

2. The item is broken, defective, or has an incorrect engraving. (For broken or defective items, you must contact [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your order.)
